Google reviewFind a Best Off-Campus Housing for College Students – Boulevard 98
You may be farther away from campus, but that doesn’t mean you have to give up the sense of community. Charlotte Off Campus Housing offers many of the same conveniences such as a fitness center, washers and dryers, and a swimming pool. You can even stop by the coffee shop before you leave for the campus, or if you need some caffeine on your day off. Many students prefer to live on Uncc Off Campus Housing because it’s close to everything, but off-campus housing is still close enough to campus that many students walk. Others simply use the bus line, conveniently located for transportation to other locations as well. If you are looking in moving into one of the Charlotte Off Campus Housing, contact Boulevard 98. Visit our website for more details.

The 4x4 rooms are spacious and the building amenities such as the gym, pool and clubhouse are very accessible and well-kept. The surrounding area is very cleanly and the management here is wonderful.
