Charlottesville Country Properties

We worked with John on the sale of our farm and throughout the whole process, he demonstrated the professionalism, perseverance, and creativity to get the job done. Our working relationship was built on trust and confidence that he was fully committed to procuring a sale. We highly recommend John to anyone looking to sell their property.

We have sold several homes with many realtors but John Ince is the best! He’s available for questions, showings, questions and advice. He is what most realtors hope they can be. I’d consider him if you really want to sell your home.

In handling the sale of our family home, John displayed honesty, responsiveness, professionalism, and deep experience with Albemarle County real estate. He’s a master agent!

We were so fortunate to have the experience of a professional realtor when John Ince became our listing agent. John had served as president of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR). His creativity in marketing our home and his network of colleagues produced the ultimate successful sale. We would highly recommend John Ince when you decide to choose a realtor..

John helped us secure our dream property. John’s knowledge of having sold horse property and in particular an equestrian business was very helpful. He made himself available for questions, farm visits and finally provided good input on the negotiations. Will definitely use again.
