We were referred to Mr Solnick by another attorney, which indicates a lot in and of itself. (A lawyer’s lawyer!) I had contacted numerous firms and individuals re: an elder financial exploitation which was quite complicated and complex involving a fraudulent secondary market annuity. No one wanted to touch the case, despite substantial clear evidence that we were the victims of a sophisticated ring of high value fraudsters that had been conning elderly targets for decades. I was feeling distressed and pressured…With the clock ticking, facing a out of state federal court interpleader action lawsuit that would have forced us to defend and indemnify the very entities that had systematically siphoned life savings away from a 84 yr old widowed grandma that sacrificed and scrimped to leave funds to care for her grandchildren (one of which is autistic and has numerous health issues that prevent her from holding a job or driving and demand continuous costly medical care).
