The team at Mercedes-Benz London has always been great to deal with. Rob, Mike, and Markus have helped me with the sales and service of a few vehicles, and every experience has been smooth and straightforward. They go out of their way to make the process easy, with zero pressure.

Took my GLE there for the first time for service. Mike was very attentive at the time the vehicle was dropped and then later took the time to explain in detail what they have found, what the issues were and what was done to correct them.
Bill from the shop spared some time to go with me for a quick drive to properly identify a noise that I wanted then to address.
Car was delivered clean.
